For indiehackers specifically, I found The Millionaire Fastlane to be invaluable. Its title is as cheesy as 4HWW, but don't let that put you off it. It's the most practical book on bootstrapping I've ever read and I've read about 40 so far.
One that I have read recently is 'Built to sell' by John Warrillow, really good read for creating a scalable business that you can one day sell. Provides some really great advice on how to grow as a company.
"Thank You For Arguing" by Jay Heinrichs - this is the one book that i gift to people that i know - it teaches you to persuade others, which i find to be an invaluable skill.
since you put carnegie's book, then you must read it's companion, the 7 habits
Amen! 7 habits is brilliant, a game-changer!

Thinking Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman.
It's about intuitive vs statistical thinking. I had a great time reading it
Recently loved "The Messy Middle" by Scott Belsky.
